By fostering a diverse, inclusive, and unbiased environment through regular events and programming, ABLE strives to ensure that individuals from all cultures and backgrounds feel included and welcome. Our Diversity and Inclusion Committee, our Summer Associate Recruitment Committee, and strategic planning teams have diversity, equity, and inclusion at the heart of our goals and decisions. Our Diversity Book Club is committed to diverse books and authors and leads to stimulating, and sometimes challenging discussions. Recent reads include White Fragility, Just Mercy by Bryan Stevenson, and journal articles concerning Arabs and Muslims in the U.S.
